Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you and your cat to love every purchase from Meow City. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@meow-city.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cat treats and food products (once delivered)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Digital downloads
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items that show signs of use or are not in original packaging

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@meow-city.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll make it right immediately.
